There we go,

Fitness must become a component of life, otherwise it will prove difficult to fit in. You don’t want to treat it like an unwanted houseguest. Peering at the clock ever few seconds thinking it is time to go.You must want this cherish, each moment available. I really do applaud everyone who is walking that tightrope to destiny and restrictive arena to goal. So many different lifestyle situations trying to make that fitness dream a reality. Each configuration having its own pros and cons. When we say we want a thing there is only one way to prove it and that is by doing what it takes.

We all know that is rarely easy. My hope is that we all stay driven to obtain goal, especially when we hit turbulence and lumps and bumps along the way. Unfortunately life will not just rest on the sidelines while we do our thing. Oh and to all the comeback kids in the audience. I welcome you and there is no time for shame. I will talk about you in my next post. You are doing the right thing, may you reach your goals and be stronger than before.

Here we go,

Get your workout on, I tell you people, we cannot afford to be careless with our time energy and focus, these are valuable tools both in our fitness and goal getting toolbox. We do have time, we just have to focus it on what matters most. I know it is sad but we can only have one number one priority.

It is imperative that we do what needs to be done to reach those goal. Our body is the temple that we live in and we want it to be healthy and strong and of course look its best. This is a great time to develop a true disdain for actions or things that will kill our dreams and vision. Keep uprooting those habits of destruction. Do battle to stay on point and on purpose. You are going to succeed this year….so lets keep it constant and stand true.

When it comes to choosing a fitness program the choices are vast. I say embrace whatever works for you and lets get started. New day, new year and a new opportunity to go from victory to victory, from win to win. Although your first win/victory just might be conquering the snooze alarm so that you can get to the gym on time. This is our year to do it. I realize we all have our own personal internal fight but when it comes to those health and fitness goals strive to stay the course.

Utilize your own solutions and don’t get loss in the debate of which diet plan is the best.. which fitness plan…to supplement or not supplement. I call it the great belly button debates. Opinions are like belly buttons we all have one. My belly button says….consult your physician, before starting any exercise regime. Oh, and learn proper form we want to keep you safe and injury free. If you are a newbie welcome to the club, and if you already know the ropes welcome back.

This is our year people may we all stay or become…healthy, fit and strong.

This is a good year to untangle, untwine and be free from the damaging effects of Habits of destruction. Those habits that hinder and keep you form reaching you goals and resolutions. Destructive habits are not your bosom buddy they are not your pals. Allowing them to run the show is only causing you heart ache and pain. There roots only grow deeper day by day. Trust me bad habits have attachment issues and they do not want to let go.

The solution is to do battle to continually think in the direction of your goals, each and every day. Post reminders, alarms whatever your personality style finds favorable. Start constructing habits of destiny. Forcing yourself to do the things that may not feel good at first but you know they are necessary to take you where you truly desire to go. form an atmosphere that is favorable to you obtaining goal as best you can. Challenge yourself to grow and nourish your

It is time,

Like a predator from the deepest dark, your destructive habits will grab ahold of you and wreck havoc in your life. It does not care about your new years resolutions. How your intentions for 2023 is to create a lifestyle of health and fitness. It does not care that you need to lose the body clutter, eliminate preventable disease, safeguard your health or the myriad of other things people vow to obtain at the fresh start of each new year.

Habits of Destruction have only one aim to dominate you. New years resolutions don’t fail but sustaining the habits that are required to obtain the lifestyle you desire will. Nasty, gnarly, engrained habits aren’t going to just pack up and go because you proclaim you are going to do this or that.

Good intentions and temporary sustainability will only get you so far and then it is back to square one or worse. Start strong, get weak and eventually just giving up and quitting is not the key to getting where you desire to be.

You cannot just give up on yourself but if the new years resolutions, that I have never kept, insanity merry-go round, has left you with more downs than ups. Maybe it is time for a fresh approach and new solution. I will talk about that in my next post dated 02 January 2023.
