Get busy with it,
Why give yourself no options? because it works when you adhere to it. Face it there are times when motivation will ghost you. You get the blahs, the I don’t want to for no apparent reasons. I don’t want to weight train, isn’t cardio optional. After the i don’t want to’s very valid sounding excuses will bombard your brain and start flow out of your mouth in rapid succession. Talk about gas lighting yourself. The next thing you know you are pulled of purpose and romancing some seductive but goal destroy habit. You might even forget why you started this is the first place.
See having no options will keep you from all this drama. You do what you have to do because well…..there is no options. Don’t negotiate your way out of doing something great to day ….like moving one step closer to your goal. You are going to enjoy the end results. It is your winning season. Go for the win.
